Experience and Dedication: I taught my 3 children as a stay-at-home mum. I taught my 3 children, niece and nephew and then decided to advertise teaching phonics to children and later in my neighbourhood because it was so effective. I took up the challenge of even teaching an 18-month-old baby to read. This child came from a Mandarin-speaking home and yet by the time she finished which was daily for 3 months she was able to read effectively. My teaching sessions include storytelling to pique curiosity in learning and discovery.
