Experience and Dedication: I am currently the Centre Head for LEAPS Centre, where we provide tutoring for underprivileged children ranging from Primary to Secondary. We focus on providing do 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 tutoring, focusing on Math and English. I have taken up small group lessons in tuition centres, covering both math and science from P3 - P6. I have also covered Math and Science up to Secondary 3 in previous 1-to-1 tutoring. Currently, I am tutoring 2 P6 students one-to-one for Math and Science and taking up P4, P5 Math. During the lesson, I will go through the concepts with the class and assign practice to ensure that the students can fully grasp the concept before proceeding to the next topic. My teaching style revolves heavily around patiently helping the child understand the underlying rationale behind the concepts or formulas so that they can gain a clearer understanding, rather than merely memorising and regurgitating. I am also currently taking up coding enrichment lessons for Upper Primary students. I have conducted lessons through Scratch and Minecraft Education, and I am currently taking a Data Science class for Secondary level.
