Experience and Dedication: 在新加坡从事华文补习教学的过程中，我深刻体会到学生在华文学习上所面临的多重挑战。由于英语是主要教学与生活语言，许多学生在词汇量、阅读理解及书面表达方面基础较弱，甚至对华文学习缺乏信心与兴趣。因此，作为华文补习教师，不仅需要具备扎实的专业能力，更需要灵活的教学策略与耐心的引导。 在教学实践中，我发现回归基础、循序渐进尤为重要。针对基础薄弱的学生，我会从拼音、常用词汇及句型结构入手，通过反复练习与情境应用，帮助学生逐步建立语言感觉。同时，我也会根据学生的能力差异进行分层教学，调整教学进度与难度，确保每位学生都能跟上学习节奏。 为了提升学生的学习兴趣，我在课堂中融入游戏化教学、图片辅助、故事阅读及生活化例子，让学生在轻松的氛围中接触和使用华文。通过分级阅读与短文赏析，学生不仅提高了阅读能力，也逐渐增强了理解与表达的信心。 在评估与反馈方面，我注重过程性观察，及时了解学生的学习情况，并给予具体而正向的反馈，帮助他们明确进步方向。与家长保持良好沟通同样重要，通过分享学生的学习表现与建议，形成家校合作，共同支持学生的发展。
